All Marnin Studio orders are packed with love and care from our studio in Fitzroy Crossing, WA. Once we receive your order online, we will pack and post your items within 2 working days. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order within Australia.

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we are unable to fulfill your order or we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, backorder or a full refund.

We check all orders before they are sent; but sometimes errors may occur. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange for reimbursement for return postage of the incorrect item. If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us and will arrange for the item to be posted immediately.
