Refund Policy
At Marnin Studio, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our homewares, apparel, painting, and textile art. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If your item is returned in acceptable condition, we will issue a store credit.
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Items arrive damaged or faulty.
To process a refund:
- Email us at studio@mwrc.com.au with your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for your request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- In cases of damaged items, original shipping costs will also be refunded. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
