All Marnin Studio orders are packed with love and care from our studio in Fitzroy Crossing, WA. Once we receive your order online, we will pack and post your items within 2 working days. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order within Australia. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we are unable to fulfil your order or we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, backorder or a full refund.
We check all orders before they are sent; but sometimes errors may occur. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange for reimbursement for return postage of the incorrect item. If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us and will arrange for the item to be posted immediately.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return or exchange:
- Contact us to have a Return Form emailed to you.
- Fill out the Return Form.
- Pack items with your Tax Invoice and Returns Form in the original packaging. Please ensure that all items are enclosed in their protective packaging or their return may be refused.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Refund will occur once the goods have been returned and reviewed by Marnin Studio.
As we are in a remote location, please allow 21 business days from the time you send your order for your return or exchange to be processed. You will receive email notice once your return has been processed.
Full refund or exchange is available where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the style shown. Please contact us and we’ll let you know what we need to process your refund.
